COD-AB (and COD-EM) datasets include a lines layer which contains an individual line.
The important attribute of the lines layers is the “admLevel” integer field which generally represents the administrative significance of each line.
Special lines (excluding admLevel 0-9 and 99) are provided in this AdminLines_Lookup (MapServer) geoservice.
