Offices must purchase their own software. The 'standard' version of ArcGIS is generally suitable for the GIS required by most OCHA offices as it allows topology to be created and corrected. Please contact the appropriate ESRI focal points identified below for more information. If advanced features are required an alternative to buying the advanced version of ArcGIS may be ET GeoWizards.
