Overview
Technical team management is a unique skill that can be learned like any other. requires time and effort. If you area are a new manager or have been managing a team for years you can still improve your skills. Consider taking some of the on-line courses available for OCHA staff through Inspira or Lynda (with a un.org email you have free access).
Process
As the manager or first reporting officer for national or international staff it is recommended that you become familiar with OCHA's performance management process.
